COCONUT PARTY WITH SPICY GINGER BEER

  • 1 cup (8 oz) coconut flavored Rum
  • 1 cup (8 oz) pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice
  • The Great Jamaican Spicy Ginger Beer
  • 4 pineapple chunks (for garnish)
  • 4 maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Fill a shaker with the ice, rum, pineapple juice and lime juice, the shake vigorously. Pour the contents into four glasses and top with the Spicy Ginger Beer. Garnish with the pineapple chunks and cherries.
